Mystical turquoise waters welcome you to the Zubeida. Not only can you walk barefoot through our soft, silky white sand, but the fresh ocean breeze whisks away your worries and cares. Our Villas are right on the beach, framed with palm trees, soothing sounds of nature and of course, the gentle crash of waves against the shore. Rich marine life greets you as you scuba dive or snorkel, while the salty water soothes and refreshes your mind and body.There is nothing better than spending your day by the beach.

2. Lush Gardens

If you fancy a walk through the property you will encounter our fantastic flora. Our gardens are immaculate, sparkling green and a definite breath of fresh air. We have a wonderful array of indigenous plants that provide plenty of fresh, clean air. Feel free to ask our gardeners to take you around ;)

3. Poolside

Our crystalline pool is perfect for a refreshing dip if you don't feel like getting sandy. It's not too deep and is great for swimmers of all ages. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking sights and soothing sounds of nature, while being embraced by a lush green oasis, far away from the chaotic energy of the city.

4. #ShopLocal

Locally grown and harvested fresh food is served at all our meals, and we are passionate about sustainable living: supporting numerous projects in and around Diani.

We have our own herb garden and are slowly expanding into growing even more vegetables and fruits than we already do.

Our staff are all locally hired and are non-intrusive, cheerful and extremely helpful. They are the best-rated asset of The Zubeida.

Our chef has some wonderful years of expertise that allows him to cook a wide range of meals, encompassing specific dietary instructions. We cater for non-vegetarians, vegetarians, vegans and provide gluten-free meals for our guests upon prior notice.

You can even request your meals by the beach, poolside or even in the privacy of your own villa.

5. Location Location Location

Our Villas are located on the beachfront, surrounded by luscious foliage. We accept groups of various sizes and ages! While we do not serve alcohol, we do allow you to bring yours, without any corkage fee, but accept good decorum in exchange.

In addition, we offer an impressive selection of nearby restaurants for you to explore. We also strongly recommend indulging in delightful water-based experiences, such as dhow rides and visits to the Marine Reserve.

Not only are you incredibly close to the beach, but you also have the amazing opportunity to partake in various excursions, such as awe-inspiring whale and dolphin-watching experiences, depending on the season.
